CM Punjab Laptop Scheme for 2025
The Punjab government has launched a new wonderful project
for students, under which one lakh 10 thousand latest laptops will be
distributed among students. CM Punjab Laptop Scheme 2025 has been given as a
gift. Under this project, ten thousand laptops are also included for minority
students. This scheme is for students who have completed their matriculation or
inter education.
This scheme is actually open to students of public sector
educational institutions in the first and second semester. While launching the
scheme, Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat announced that under this
scheme, students will be given modern laptops, generation 13 course, seven-eye
laptops. The official link for online application has been advertised and all
the information is available on the Punjab Higher Education website. The
Education Minister said that 30 to 40 thousand students have registered within
a few hours of the portal opening.
Eligibility criteria and distribution details
The aim of this laptop scheme is to provide one lakh 10,000
latest laptops including Core i7 devices are to be distributed among students
in various educational fields. This initiative is open to BS students including
secondary and higher secondary students. In addition, 10,000 laptops will be
given to minority students.
Distribution of laptops:

14 thousand college
students,
·
4 thousand technical and
agricultural college students,
·
2 thousand dental and
medical students,
·
Twenty percent of the
recipients will belong to South Punjab.
Eligibility required for the laptop scheme.

Application: Admission in
the first or second semester of BS in any public sector university or college
is the first condition for the scheme.
·
A minimum of 65 percent or
more marks in Intermediate is required for public sector universities or
colleges.
·
A minimum of 80 percent
marks in Intermediate is required for medical and dental colleges.
·
Students must be domiciled
in any district and they should not have received laptops from any previous
government schemes.
